Your responsibilities:

You expertly handle all incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing
You are responsible for personally guiding the customer through their request until it is resolved
You provide active advice and problemsolving for products and prices
Handling complaints and grievances is also part of your duties
You enter and maintain customer data and handle the review and documentation of all requests in customerspecific IT systems
