Your responsibilities:


  • You expertly handle all incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing
  • You are responsible for personally guiding the customer through their request until it is resolved
  • You provide active advice and problemsolving for products and prices
  • Handling complaints and grievances is also part of your duties
  • You enter and maintain customer data and handle the review and documentation of all requests in customerspecific IT systems
