MY JOB
Monitoring and compliance with regulatory requirements in the key processes of the bank.


IN DETAIL

  • Implementation of mandatory securities regulatory standards, in particular WpHG, AktG, BörsG
  • Daily compliance checks
  • Interpretation of BaFin circulars
  • Management and control of compliance measures, especially for sales units
  • Accompanying audits of the German branch and contact with authorities
  • Reporting to the branch management
  • Preparation of new supervisory standards and conducting internal training events
  • Certification of sales employees
  • Strengthening and promoting a compliance culture within the company
  • There is the opportunity to take on the team leadership for securities compliance in Germany.

MY CHALLENGE

  • You have completed training as a bank clerk or have a degree in economics
  • You have several years of professional experience in the securities sector, preferably in securities supervision
  • You ideally have further qualifications, such as a bank specialist or bank business administrator
  • You have excellent computer skills
  • You act in a solutionoriented manner and work independently
  • You are communicative, a team player, resilient, and take initiative
  • You ideally have good knowledge of English.
