What you will do:

· Implement educational activities based on the Berlin Education Program

· Contribute to open-ended activities and bring in your own focus areas

· Plan and organize projects, spaces, and events with the team and children

· Support and document individual development and learning processes of children

· Facilitate individual adaptation of children (Berlin adaptation model/ Infans)

· Build and maintain a partnership with parents
