Description
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for full-time or part-time support.
Your responsibilities:
- Telephone customer service and consultation
- Processing of offers and orders
- Handling of complaints and issuing credit notes
- Creation of statistics and evaluations for our customers
- Support of our field staff
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Practical experience in customer consultation and enjoyment of sales
- Proficient in using an ERP/merchandising system and good computer skills
- Committed, independent work style combined with teamwork skills
- Interest in the exciting product of wine and curiosity about our extensive product range
