Residential Care Manager - St. Benedict Full-time/Part-time

We are currently seeking a Residential Care Manager for our senior and nursing home, St. Benedict, to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the proper care and treatment of our residents according to our care philosophy
  • You will plan and coordinate staff schedules
  • You will work closely with doctors, family members, and volunteers

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a nursing education and have further training as a Residential Care Manager
  • You have several years of professional experience in a nursing facility, ideally with experience in managing residential groups or areas
  • You have a motivating, cooperative, and goal-oriented leadership style
  • You have experience in implementing and implementing modern care concepts
