Responsibilities:

  • Support the nursing management in personnel planning, personnel management and development, as well as in the implementation and evaluation of work processes and tour planning
  • Collaboration in the planning, implementation and evaluation of work processes while ensuring and further developing quality management
  • Close cooperation with the nursing management, quality officer, practice instructor, team, clients, their relatives and legal guardians

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership experience in the outpatient sector
  • Ideally, an additional qualification as a practice instructor (m/f/d)
  • Professional and strong social skills in the area of employee management and development, as well as communication skills
  • Class B driver's license
  • A selfreliant, dedicated personality with motivation, flexibility and a positive attitude towards the goals of the Workers' Welfare Association (Arbeiterwohlfahrt)
