Worldwide Hospitals (WWH) is set to begin operations at its plant in the 1st quarter of 2024. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, the areas of ship development and refurbishment, container development and production, as well as the definition of medical procedures, have been tackled through a combination of in-house activities and subcontractors. The IT department plays a crucial role in enabling operations and efficient processes. This includes all tasks and measures carried out for the operational planning, implementation, control, and realization of projects. You will act as the link in a project and work closely with superiors and project team members within the company.

Responsibilities:

The main tasks of the IT project manager include:

Independent coordination and implementation of IT projects using both traditional and agile project management methods

Supporting the transformation of the department in close collaboration with the Head of IT and management

Developing budget calculations, project goals, and work packages

Monitoring and ensuring project objectives in terms of time, budget, and resource management

Providing technical leadership to the IT project team

Training and onboarding new project team members

Close collaboration and coordination with external service providers

General administrative tasks in the field of IT project management
