Your tasks

  • Support of the school management in departmentspecific and overarching tasks
  • Organization and coordination of the political department in the fulltime and parttime vocational school at Julius-LeberSchule with profile sharpening of the department in close cooperation with the school and departmental management as well as the departments of religion, German and economics
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of political department conferences, documentation of work results and regular reporting to the department and school management
  • Participation in the media education concept for the implementation of digital teaching methods in the curriculum of the political department
  • Design and further development of pedagogical work (addressing current didactic and methodological questions) as well as coordination of curriculum work, including adaptation of teaching and learning content to the new curricular requirements of the fulltime and parttime vocational school with uptodate and current teaching materials, and development of teaching projects and materials in accordance with the state curriculum and schoolspecific curricula in cooperation with members of the subject conferences
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of topicrelated, crossschool workshops and project days in cooperation with other departments, as well as planning, implementation and evaluation of the Junior Elections at Julius-LeberSchule
  • Identification of the need for specialist literature and further training in the political department through didactic and methodological innovations
  • Support of the departmental management in teacher deployment planning in politics and support of teachers in the subject of politics,
