Responsibilities
- System support: Configuration, administration, and maintenance of internal systems and connected network components, including firewall, router, WLAN, and VPN
- Communication management: Support for DECT telephony and VoIP solutions
- Network optimization: Further development and improvement of IT infrastructure
- Troubleshooting: Error analysis and solution creation in the area of network systems
- Consulting services: Professional support and advice for departments, colleagues, and clients regarding network matters
