Within the finance department of SWM, you will work in a team specialized in existing investments and M&A transactions. The investment portfolio of SWM focuses on renewable energies and also includes companies in the telecommunications and gas industries. The investment volume amounts to several billion euros and generates a contribution to results in the three-digit million range.

Economic M&A transactions - represented in financial models - are a significant contribution to the further development of the investment portfolio.

As an expert in financial modelling, you are responsible for the financial business models (Excel) for M&A projects and existing investments - and thus shape the energy transition and sustainability topics

What you can achieve with us

  • With your strong understanding of business models, you create and analyze business plans and calculate corresponding company values

  • You independently advise investment managers and M&A managers on business and financial issues and ensure their appropriate representation
