Payroll Specialist - Gladwyne, United States - Wellington

Job Overview:
Duties:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Manage and maintain employee records related to payroll
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws
- Handle benefits administration including enrollments and changes
- Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed
- Utilize software such as UltiPro, QuickBooks, and other accounting tools for payroll processing
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as UltiPro and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting concepts
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Prior experience in benefits administration is a plus
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
