Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
  • Manage and maintain employee records related to payroll
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws
  • Handle benefits administration including enrollments and changes
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed
  • Utilize software such as UltiPro, QuickBooks, and other accounting tools for payroll processing
  • Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using payroll software such as UltiPro and QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
  • Knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting concepts
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Prior experience in benefits administration is a plus

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
