For the winter semester 2024/25, we are looking to fill a professorship (m/f/d) in the field of healthcare management at the IU International University in Dresden, initially limited to 2 years part-time, starting on

Your tasks

You will represent the field of healthcare management in teaching and research in the practice-integrated bachelor's program and become part of an extensive network in the field of higher education (for more insights, see the module handbook).

You will create and lead lectures and be responsible for the individual support of our dual students during their exams and when writing their final theses.

You will provide practical and well-founded basic knowledge in healthcare management and be able to train our students in areas such as personnel management, healthcare economics, practice management, political and legal framework conditions in the healthcare sector, and nursing management.

You will be involved in the creative development of teaching formats within the didactic concept of the IU for dual studies and further develop it in collegial cooperation.
