The Rehabilitation department ensures the employability of our insured persons through counseling and approval of rehabilitation and prevention services.

In collaboration with rehabilitation centers and external contract facilities, we take responsibility for maintaining a consistently high quality of rehabilitation and its further development.

Your Responsibilities:

In this supporting role for our rehabilitation counseling service in Regensburg, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Performing organizational and administrative tasks (scheduling and monitoring appointments, office, filing and typing tasks, maintaining files)
Assisting in the planning and execution of conferences, measurements, and other events
Providing information on rehabilitation law and preparing telephone notes
Compiling documents for budget planning

This position involves regular, planned business trips.

Your Profile:

You have completed vocational training (or a comparable further education or qualification) in an administrative, officeoriented, or commercial field
You have current, jobrelevant experience and the ability to flexibly respond to shortterm and quantitative changes in tasks
Friendly and serviceoriented demeanor, structured and goaloriented organizational skills, and proficient knowledge of Word and Excel round out your profile

The place of work is Regensburg. For economic reasons, residence near the place of work is required.
