I have a flat for sale and I want to give it a makeover by changing the sink and installing cabinets in the kitchen, as it is old. I also want to put in some simple and affordable PVC flooring. I need to remove a sink and an old extractor that were previously installed. In addition, I want to install a toilet in the service bathroom, remove a small shower tray, and replace the flooring with PVC. The toilet currently has an old-fashioned cistern with chains, but I want to replace it with a new toilet and a small sink, and remove the old toilet and sink for a smaller one.
