Shift Supervisor - Workwear Laundry (m/f/d)


Challenges for Team Players:

  • As a service partner for companies, MEWA produces and rents cleaning cloths and other industrial textiles, as well as workwear that we collect for cleaning and reprocessing after use.
  • This happens in our workwear facilities - and this is where you come in: as a shift supervisor, you ensure that our operations and all washing and drying processes run smoothly.
  • Specifically, you ensure optimal work processes in your shift while adhering to all productivity, quality, and occupational safety guidelines.
  • You act as a liaison between department management and the production employees under your supervision.
  • Procurement and appropriate use of operating and auxiliary materials, as well as supporting the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), are also part of your interesting tasks.
