'Looking for a dog trainer in La Feria, TX to help with our two dogs. Our border collie is very difficult to handle, as he does not respond well to corrections and has a tendency to bite. We purchased him from a breeder at 1.5 months old and he was not socialized with his littermates, as he was separated from his mother.

Our other dog was a rescue, abandoned with her puppies.

The only issue we have with her is that she is reactive towards other dogs and may bark or even bite if they get too close.

We are looking for a trainer who can work with both dogs. They are both adults, between 2-10 years old, and are medium-sized kilos). Our border collie is a purebred, while our other dog is a mix.

We are interested in private sessions, as we feel this would be the most effective for our dogs. We would prefer the trainer to come to our home for the sessions.

Specific issues we would like to address with the trainer include leash pulling, excessive barking, biting, and fears. We are available for sessions during the week in the mornings and are flexible with start dates.
