Your tasks:

You support our employee in the area of internal communication, for example in creating monthly newsletters, welcome profiles for new employees, etc., thereby contributing to better company communication.

You support our employee in recruiting and personnel development, for example in publishing job advertisements, making initial phone contacts, organizing training, etc., actively participating in filling positions and the personal development of our employees.

This year, we are introducing an employee app and a learning management software, in which you can actively participate in the conception, implementation, and execution, and contribute your ideas. This promotes our path of digitalization.

You participate in the redesign and implementation of HR processes, as well as the optimization of existing processes, and assist us in HR projects to continuously develop our HR department.

Your profile:

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, business psychology, business education, or a comparable field of study.

Ideally, you already have some practical experience in the field of personnel.

Good MS Office skills are required.

You have a secure communication in the German language, both written and spoken.
