Your tasks:


  • As a service employee for passenger management at the train station in full or parttime (m/f/d), you represent Deutsche Bahn at the station and ensure customer satisfaction
  • You are responsible for directing passenger flows within the station, as well as to/from the bus (bus stop)
  • You support passengers in loading bicycles, strollers, and luggage
  • You are also responsible for distributing passengers to doors and multipurpose areas
  • If necessary, you provide assistance for boarding and disembarking
  • You also assist passengers with mobility impairments on the platform
  • In addition, you are responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers and bicycle customers at the station/platform

Your profile:


  • We can expect good German language skills from you. Knowledge of English is desirable
  • You have a confident, friendly demeanor, and are attentive and customeroriented
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, primarily during holiday periods and on weekends and holidays (parttime: Friday
  • Sunday)
  • Good manners and a wellgroomed appearance complete
