In the context of employee leasing, we are looking for several clients from Nieheim for Production Assistants/ Helpers/ Shift Workers/ Career Changers (m/f/d)** with and without professional experience.
Your tasks as a Production Assistant:
- Loading machines with raw materials
- Setting up and operating machines after instruction
- Monitoring production machines and equipment
- Final inspection and ensuring product quality
- Documentation of error patterns
- Product removal and transfer in the production process
- Packaging
- Minor maintenance and repair work on equipment and machines
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
- Compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
Your qualifications as a Production Assistant:
- Knowledge of operating production machines
- Ability to perform simple quality control on the production line
- Ability to work under instruction
- Concentration when performing repetitive tasks
- Manual dexterity and practical skills
