Educator or pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for our children's house in Pasing Kindergarten facilities.

For our children's house "Die Pasingas" in the area of kindergarten facilities, we are looking for an educator or childhood pedagogue (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in a full-time position with 39 hours per week.

We are "Die Pasingas" Our children's house, with two nursery groups and three kindergarten groups, is located in the heart of Pasing.

YOUR TASKS Accompanying children according to their needs and participation in the sense of participatory pedagogy Planning, organizing and implementing pedagogical work as well as ensuring the daily routine in accordance with our sustainability mission statement Building a trusting relationship with children and their parents in the sense of an educational partnership Conducting regular development discussions with parents Co-responsibility for the implementation and further development of the pedagogical concept Project development according to the situational approach Implementation of the Bavarian Education and Upbringing Plan WE EXPECT completed training as an educator or pedagogical specialist (m/f/d), completed studies as a childhood pedagogue or social pedagogue (m/f/d) or a comparable degree Enjoyment in implementing and further developing our pedagogical concept Intercultural competence and enjoyment in working with people from different cultures Knowledge in the field of sustainability
