Process Planning / Technical Documentation / Technical Editor*

Focus: Plant and Machine Safety

Responsibilities:

Sweetwater is seeking employees for an interesting field of work in engineering projects with a focus on technical documentation and machine safety.

This primarily includes planning production plants in the automotive industry.

This includes creating safety concepts, as well as creating and maintaining planning documents, and developing and optimizing plant concepts and layouts while considering the applicable machinery directive. Other responsibilities include creating request, proposal, and presentation documents, as well as coordinating customer projects.

Project management is done in close collaboration with our customers.

Your tasks may vary depending on the project and location

Creating risk assessments, operating instructions, and knowledge of ISO 9000 ff.

Familiarizing yourself with operating and control concepts

Familiarizing yourself with PLC and protective circuit layouts

Creating exclusion concepts for robots and other plant components

Creating ergonomic studies and optimizing worker processes

Creating static and dynamic availability proofs, including determining cycle time (process simulation)

Creating logistics concepts (container positioning) with container list

Creating quantity frameworks

Data exchange and communication with the customer
