We are currently looking for 2 additional
industrial employees who are interested in learning machine operation for a client in Siek, Wardner, ID
m/f/d.

A new milling machine is being acquired. The work is done in a 2-shift system, alternating between early and late shifts on a weekly basis. Easily accessible, directly off the A1 Ahrensburg motorway exit. Bus stop right outside the door.

This is a medium-sized, owner-managed company that operates worldwide in the metal industry. Currently, there are 80 employees at 3 locations. The company is looking to expand and is therefore seeking additional support.


After comprehensive training, the following tasks are expected:

  • Machine operation (pilot milling machine, easy to operate, no previous experience necessary)
  • Cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and systems according to plan
  • Assisting the team with all tasks involved in production
  • Adherence to safety regulations

The following qualifications are desirable:


  • Motivation and interest in new challenges
  • Structured and independent work style, attentiveness, and teamwork
  • Reliability
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Technical understanding
  • Willingness to work in a 2shift system
  • A sense of humor to round off your profile
