One of the central goals of the Phoenix Contact Group is the digital transformation of the company. Currently, we are facing a multi-year SAP transformation project and a global redesign of our production processes.

As a Process Optimizer (m/f/d) in the Production Execution department, you will be responsible for establishing standardized processes for production preparation and execution at our production sites.


Responsibilities:

  • You will work on exciting projects related to digital transformation, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
  • You will ensure high process quality in the areas of production preparation, production execution, and related topics (e.g. MES, production labeling, production KPIs).
  • Together with other process specialists, you will develop and implement solutions for process automation and efficiency improvement.
  • You will take responsibility for a process cluster and its related processes in the production execution area.
  • You will manage and steer processrelated requirements and optimization projects.
  • In the medium term, you will establish and lead professional networks with process experts from other units.
  • You will provide methodological competence in project and process management.

Requirements:

  • You have completed a degree in production technology, engineering, business informatics, natural sciences, or a comparable education.
  • You have knowledge of SAP ERP production and materials management for discrete manufacturing, as well as integration with other SAP or ME systems.
