Your tasks

What can you expect?

Engineering and project management: You will take on subtasks in industrialization projects for electrolysis systems and, if necessary, manage smaller specialist teams. In a solution-oriented manner, you will also drive change management forward and pursue the goal of balancing technical, organizational, and commercial aspects.
Specifications, drawings, process descriptions, and more: You are responsible for tracking tasks, managing necessary adjustments to specifications, drawings, parts lists, and process descriptions.
Reporting and evaluation: You support the department in creating and evaluating reports.
Process modeling: You support in creating and documenting processes.

What do you bring?

Education: You have successfully completed an engineering or comparable degree and have excellent knowledge in at least three of the following areas: mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, project management, energy technology, process engineering.
Experience: You are familiar with both conventional and modern industrial processes for manufacturing machines and/or systems. You have already taken on responsibility for individual components and associated process steps or entire assemblies in several project roles.
You are familiar with methods for quality management of series products and for problem and error analysis, including their elimination (8D, FTA
