Description
SaarGummi is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality sealing systems for the automotive industry, with a strong presence in Burnsville. Our clients include renowned automotive manufacturers, and we currently employ over 6000 people across Asia, Europe, North and South America. We prioritize working closely with our clients to develop customized solutions from conception to production.
Your role as a Program Manager:
- Plan, implement, and monitor projects from product development to series launch
- Lead project teams with drive, ownership, and empathy
- Create project plans, status reports, and presentations
- Solve problems and challenges independently and pragmatically
- Coordinate testing and prototype processing
- Develop technical proposals
- Initiate and supervise installation inspections, tests, etc.
- Ensure compliance with work instructions, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
- Completed studies in engineering, technician training, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in project management
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills
- Drive and ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Solid knowledge of project management methods
