Join our B2C sales team in Aachen as a full-time employee (40 hours/week) as soon as possible.

What to expect

You will provide sales-oriented advice to potential students over the phone and in person, and convince them to study at our university.

You will actively approach potential students (only warm leads) and guide them to sign a study contract.
You will be the first point of contact for potential students at our Aachen campus.
You will be the face of our campus and represent IU at schools, fairs, and information days.

You will work closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other departments.

What you bring

You have a commercial education or a degree, preferably in human resources, business psychology, marketing, industry, office management, or wholesale and foreign trade.

You enjoy working in sales for higher education and further education and ideally have experience in B2C sales.
You are reliable, a team player, and able to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
You are outgoing and communicative and passionate about a predominantly telephone-based job.
You have excellent German skills and are proficient in using common MS Office programs.
