Your responsibility:

As a workshop manager, you are the link between the service advisors and your automotive technicians. You lead and manage your team in a way that the employees
- always implement all internal processes in the workshop, from hygiene standards to properly tightening all screws,
- complete all vehicles according to the manufacturer's quality standards and customer commitments on time and with perfect quality, and always go above and beyond with an additional service,
- make customers happy when their vehicle is professionally and reliably repaired and maintained - so that our company can achieve the goal of long-term customer satisfaction through your responsibility,
- are optimally utilized and productivity is very high. Your key figures speak for you and the performance of your employees grows with each order.


Your profile:


  • You have completed an apprenticeship as an automotive technician (m/f/d) and are a certified automotive master (m/f/d).
