Description

Reporting to the Zone Director and Regional Manager the Regional Business Development Manager will be based out of the Washington D.C. or Baltimore area. S/he will work directly with the Regional Manager to develop, direct, and implement a sales plan for Refinish market segments and marketing programs of a USA region to meet growth and profit objectives. Travel will be up to 60% and will be regionally covering the Southeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Northern Virginia areas.

Key Responsibilities

:

Work within a team atmosphere to develop the market as a whole and maximize potential.

:

Manage distributor relationships including sales, people development, training, receivables, etc.

In-depth knowledge of body shop operations with the ability to help in areas of profitability, cycle time, product training, and the use of analytics.

Target and develop relationships with key dealer, Regional MSO, and independent collision center operations.

Develop, direct, and implement a sales plan for the Refinish market segments and marketing programs of a USA Region to meet growth and profit objectives.

Qualifications

:

-
High School Diploma or GED

:

-
Bachelor's Degree or Minimum 8 years combination of General Sales and Sales Management experience with knowledge of secondary distribution and selling into secondary distribution.

Experience and understanding of Refinish marketplace.
