Your responsibilities:

You will support the branch manager in all aspects of leading, organizing, and motivating a team of 2040 employees
This includes optimizing processes behind the scenes as well as working handson on the sales floor
You will handle scheduling and inventory management and act as a representative for the branch manager when needed
Together with your team, you will ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers

Your profile:

Previous experience in retail or a similar industry with first leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Decisiveness and resultsoriented mindset
Willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

Aboveaverage salary of 2,85 3,626 €/month (fulltime) plus vacation and Christmas bonus
