Deacero USA, a leading manufacturer in the steel industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to join our team.

As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality control and assurance procedures and documentation
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement quality improvement processes
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and processes
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of quality control activities
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and practices
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 900
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
