Customer Advisor (m/f/d) full-time/part-time immediately Your tasks: Processing of telephone inquiries from our customers Processing of related downstream processes (e.g.

documentation and maintenance of customer data)

Debt collection processing (in particular reimbursement of contributions, manual reminder processing) Appointment processing Support with other tasks in daily business Your profile:

You have: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have first experience in customer service or call center.

You have a customer-oriented way of working and bring the necessary sensitivity for the needs of our customers. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of making phone calls. You have good German language skills in spoken and written. Quick comprehension. Teamwork and flexibility. Willingness to further education.
