The company ASAKTUELL AG, headquartered in Troisdorf with several branches in Europe, is a leading provider of services in the field of business and promotional clothing, specializing in the refinement of textiles through embroidery and printing.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the balance sheet accounting as well as reporting and reporting systems.
  • You will be responsible for the consolidation of all annual financial statements.
  • Independent accounting support for foreign branches.
  • You are responsible for independently preparing the sales tax preregistration.
  • Timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Preparation of summary and statistical reports as well as annual sales tax returns.
  • Operational posting and accounting of all relevant transactions (invoices, cash, banks) as well as maintenance of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts.
  • You will be the contact person for the management, auditors, and tax advisors.

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in business administration (FH) or further training as a certified accountant.
  • You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, as well as in independently managing companies.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge in the field of accounting according to HGB (German Commercial Code) as well as basic knowledge of tax law, knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage.
  • You have a very independent and conscientious way of working and consider teamwork to be one of your strengths.
  • You have the ability to quickly understand and analyze processes.
