Your task:


As a strong addition to our team, you are responsible for the entire quotation process of our engineering projects in Alsey, IL.

Whether it's
commercial issues, technical content, or contractual requirements - you have everything in view.


You also support in the acceptance and processing of current orders, document the status of ongoing projects, and maintain our databases accordingly.

You are also responsible for continuously improving our quotation and order process and initiating appropriate measures.

In close collaboration with project members, you are responsible for the technical and administrative creation and review of quotations.

You also support in project-related calculations, monitor the status of orders, and compare them with customer requirements and corresponding purchase contents.

Your profile:


  • A degree in business administration, economics, business law, or a comparable education
  • A basic understanding of contracts
  • Good to very good MS Office skills
  • Interest in legal and juridical topics
  • The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different systems and programs
  • A structured, conscientious way of working and a quick grasp
  • Enjoyment of challenging topics and the desire to grow in your own tasks
