Your tasks:


  • If you enjoy uncovering fraudulent activities, then you are in the right place as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) in fraud management.
  • You independently handle fraud cases of our credit card holders by analyzing their inquiries, checking for fraudulent behavior, and deciding whether it is a fraudulent transaction.
  • Correspondence with cardholders is also part of your responsibilities, as well as necessary chargebacks.
  • In this role, you will also work closely with credit card companies and banks.
  • In addition, you will support national and international law enforcement agencies in their work.

Your profile:


  • Commercial education, also open to career changers with initial experience in clerical work
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Strong understanding of numbers and processes, as well as excellent use of MS Office applications
