  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of relevant experience in the field of call centers/service centers/customer centers with leadership responsibility as a team leader or deputy team leader
  • You approach people convincingly and motivate others through your proactive and open attitude, as well as your innovative problemsolving strategies
  • You have a high level of teamwork and commitment, persuasive skills, and a confident and professional demeanor
  • Your thinking and actions are sales and successoriented
