Accounts Payable Representative, AAM & ARTIC
Pay Details:
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $21.60 to $27.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.
This Accounts Payable Representative provides primary support for all accounts payable duties for Anaheim Arena Management (AAM) and Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC).
This role is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices for goods and services necessary for the operations of both AAM and ARTIC.
This Accounts Payable Representative thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment and can input invoices weekly.The role requires 3+ years of accounts payable and general accounting work experience and the ability to work independently as needed.
General accounting knowledge is a must. This is a full-time, non-exempt role located at ACC in Anaheim.- Essential _Duties/Responsibilities:_
Accounts Payable- Full AP processing (coding & inputting invoices) for AAM & ARTIC on Microsoft D365- Process weekly check runs and obtain signatures for all accounts payable checks to ensure timely delivery- Obtain W-9 from all new vendors- Reconcile balance sheet accounts (AP system, Prepaid, Clearing, Accruals)- Prepare, print, and mail annual 1099's- Maintain all accounts payable spreadsheets and files- Assist the department with posting journal entries- Research department questions and vendor statements and follow up with any discrepancies- Perform administrative support for the accounting department ad-hoc assignments as requested by management.
- Qualifications/Abilities:_
- AA degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent time management and organization skills
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required - 3+ Years
