We are continuing to grow and are currently seeking a Regional Manager - Southeast (m/f/d) to oversee our sales areas
:


Responsibilities:


  • Direct responsibility for the Nuremberg store
  • Management and optimization of sales areas in Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Stuttgart, Würzburg, Augsburg, and Ingolstadt
  • Regular visits to stores for monitoring and support
  • Responsibility for sales, profit, and personnel in stores
  • Datadriven management and optimization of stores
  • Leadership and development of personnel in the region
  • Implementation of strategic initiatives in the South region
  • Continuous reporting to the Sales Manager Stores & Commercial

Requirements:


  • Experience as a regional manager in retail, ideally in the sports and fitness industry
  • Solid business knowledge and practical application
  • Strong focus on implementation and ability to achieve goals
