Responsibilities
Professional and disciplinary leadership and coordination of our marketing department in Germany and abroad
Tasks
- Management of a team of 15 employees in the areas of marketing management, event management, office management, editing, web design, press work, videography, and SEM
- Introduction and implementation of result-oriented work structures and routines
- Personnel development of the team, including coaching, mentoring, and optimization of structural training processes
- Organization and controlling of all areas and projects using our digital project and task management tool (Jira)
- Development and implementation of target group-specific and country-specific marketing strategies, aligned with the company's long-term business plans
- Direct reporting to the management and executive board
Guidance and support of the team in:
- Implementing our marketing activities in our international focus markets of Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands
- Ensuring the constant updating and translation of all marketing materials and our websites (news, press releases, market graphics, manufacturer information, etc.)
