Our Bürgerspital in Volkach provides a home for 85 residents, who are cared for and supported by our team of 85 employees.
Your responsibilities:
- You provide responsible, independent, and competent care with compassion
- You ensure reliable quality of care and support for our residents
- You communicate openly and trustfully with your assigned individuals
- You document your actions using the Vivendi care software
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed training in elderly or nursing care
- You enjoy working with seniors
- Your strengths include reliability, resilience, and empathy
- You are eager for personal and professional development
- You identify with the goals and values of Caritas
