Management Analyst - Fort Meade, United States - U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command
Description
Duties:
- Oversees a dynamic process for planning and managing the entire force structure of ACIC and all subordinate elements, to include oversight of two Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA)authorization documents.
- Serves as ACIC primary Agreements Manager evaluating and advising the organization relating to policies and procedures relating to INSCOM policy on the processing of all agreements internal and external to the command.
- Serves as ACIC Reserve Affairs primary lead for the unit annual Reserve Component Requirements.

- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 60085, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel may be required 35% or less of the time.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience
- To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience researching and evaluating new or improved personnel and management practices; and/or conducting manpower studies to assess program effectiveness, efficiency and tracking data related to manpower and civilian personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS11).
