ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership

  • Lead endtoend project management for supply chain optimization initiatives, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Client Interaction

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships by understanding and catering to their business needs.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, identifying risks, and solutions.

Risk Management

  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Supply Chain Expertise

  • Utilize deep knowledge and experience of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization on client engagements.
  • Work closely with clients to analyze existing supply chain structures and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Team Collaboration

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive collective success.
  • Coordinate project progress with onsite project teams.

Performance Management

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate project performance against established benchmarks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • BA/BS In supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in a supply chain management role
  • Indepth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability and willingness to support multiple roles within the organization as business demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and advanced knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality results on time and within budget.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel 20% or more as needed.
