To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Unna, we are looking for you as:

Endpoint Administrator (m/f/d) full-time

As a member of our agile IT team, you ensure the smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure of the Zurbrüggen Group.

Your areas of responsibility:

You are responsible for the holistic support of end devices. This includes the management and provision of OS deployment & software distribution, as well as patch management.
Asset & license management complement the scope of duties.
Evaluating new hardware and software completes your area of responsibility.
You support users (1st and 2nd level support).

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent or training as an IT specialist for system integration or IT system electronics with at least 1 year of professional experience
Good knowledge in the area of OS deployment and software packaging.
Experience in license management
Experience with PowerShell / Batch
Experience with Windows 10 & 1
Ideally experience with Mac OS
Customer orientation, strong service mindset, as well as teamwork, commitment, reliability, and independent work
Professional behavior in customer service (by phone and onsite)
Willingness to further education
