Responsibilities


Your role with us:


Security Officer on Patrol:


Responsibilities:

Patrolling for a safe environment.

Be a point of contact for passengers and provide assistance with any issues.


Shift Leader:


Responsibilities:


Coordinate security measures and be a point of contact for employees and superiors (experience in operational management is required and must be proven).

Qualifications


What we expect from you:


  • Permanent residence and wellgroomed appearance.
  • Mental and physical fitness, as well as friendly manners.
  • Ability to handle stress.
  • Expertise in accordance with Section 34a of the Trade Regulation Act.
  • Training in first aid, deescalation, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of selfprotection and intercultural competence.
  • German language skills (CEFR
  • Level B2) and English language skills (CEFR
  • Level A2).

Specific requirements:

A certificate of expertise according to Section 34a and impeccable German language skills (at least B2 level) are required for this position
