Position Overview:
The Manager - Planning & Reporting is an experienced leader who provides insights into company performance. This role will have significant interface with the Executive Leadership Team and many personnel at the Leadership Team level. The manager will be an excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment.

The manager will lead, with the support of a team, the annual business planning process, ongoing forecasting activities, monthly business performance reporting, and other myriad activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of 5 personnel responsible for business planning and appraising performance against that plan, working capital analysis, results forecasting, fixed cost analysis for support functions, Momentum analysis, Aramco interface, etc.
  • Communicate succinct and clear analysis of business results illustrating how operational and commercial performance present themselves in the company's financial results
  • Develop new or simpler methodologies for completing core business work
  • Manage the company performance scorecard (shortterm and longterm)
  • Prepare various materials for the board and ARC, including CFO sections and notes for the board, earnings letters, etc.
  • Manage multiple high priority projects, tasks, requests for information simultaneously prioritization and utilization of the capacity of the team is key
  • Manage current monthly processes to ensure accuracy within the financial statements

Experience and Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or Business related
  • A minimum of 10 years in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Commercial) position preferred
  • Working knowledge of financial systems, including SAP, Right Angle. Anaplan, Power BI and the Microsoft suite of programs
  • Strong understanding of the integrated business value of each P & L
  • Strong interpersonal skills to network and influence others inside and outside the finance organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Performs high quality, professional displayed work within deadlines with minimum direct supervision
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to consume large amounts of information and translate to useful recommendations
  • Capability to cross business and functional boundaries to understand broader impacts of results

The salary grade of this role is commensurate with experience. The role is expected to be a salary grade 21-23.
