Your responsibilities at APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH:

  • You create, review, and monitor lease and operating expense statements
  • You are responsible for timely execution of lease payments and keep track of open items
  • You are the contact person for clients and auditors and work closely with internal departments
  • You participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budget planning processes
  • You manage and maintain master data

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial education preferably with a focus on finance
  • Strong accounting knowledge (accounts receivable/payable, general ledger)
  • Experience in the real estate
