Your tasks

  • You support Managed Services customers and assist them with technical challenges
  • You install, update and configure SER software products in the customer context, plan the infrastructure of SER Doxis systems according to the requirements of our customers and carry out the migration of data and complete system environments
  • You provide first-class support, ensure sustainable, trusting relationships and ensure that customers are satisfied with our software and their expectations are met
  • You process error reports for functional and performance limitations of SER software products, operating systems, databases and networks in cloud environments and on-premises installations at customers
  • You maintain close cooperation with our development team and contribute to the optimization and further development of our products

Your profile

  • You have completed training as an IT specialist or in a comparable IT field
  • You have several years of experience in a similar role and are skilled in dealing with customers in a business environment
  • You enjoy communicating with customers
  • You have a strong technical interest, recognize connections, have good problem-solving skills and can quickly find the right solutions for emerging problems
