We are currently seeking several telephone operators (m/f/d) for the service hotline of a large e-bike manufacturer in Annapolis, MD.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing technical support for inquiries from ebike dealers and end customers via telephone and email.

Requirements:


  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Interest in ebikes.
