EMPLOYING AGENCY
German Armed Forces Service Center

You will be an important team member supporting the Technical Building Management at the German Armed Forces Hospital.
You will assist in the preparation of procurement requirements as tender and contract documents for, for example, janitorial contracts in the technical field.
You will create procurement requirements for all specialist groups in the operations group and carry out material and performance recording.
You will support in the recording and registration of all operational technical documents.
You will record and maintain overviews of technical systems subject to inspection and monitoring.
You will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as vacation planning, sick leave and health reporting, and course registration, as well as monitoring deadlines.
The position is to be filled by September 1, 2023.

You will be classified in pay group E 6 TVöD.
