We are Euroscope GmbH & Co. KG, Europe's leading manufacturer and operator of coin-operated telescopes and souvenir machines with over 3,000 installed devices across Europe. Our company, based in Wuppertal, is currently seeking a Head of Production and Development.

The clear goal of our young management team is to drive the company's growth throughout Europe through product innovations, cross-selling potential, and add-on acquisitions. You will play an essential role in this and potentially take on the role of site manager and/or managing director for our German location in the future.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic and operational management of the production plant in Wuppertal, including purchasing, production planning, manufacturing, quality management, and logistics.

Realigning production in terms of production flow, processes, organization, personnel strategy, automation, and digitalization in a new production hall.

Implementation of an ERP system and KPIs to manage production operations.

Cost reduction along the entire value chain, from demand determination to tendering and awarding of services to supplier development.
