Your Responsibilities:

Repair, maintenance, and installation of capital equipment in clinical settings
Performing technical troubleshooting for all areas of the capital equipment product range
Serving as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries
Working with circuit and flow diagrams
Providing on-site training for customers
Expanding and maintaining customer relationships
Communicating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, particularly sales and technical services

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, medical technology, or a related field, or a relevant completed apprenticeship
Previous experience as a field service engineer, preferably in the medical technology industry
Strong customer orientation
High level of travel and flexibility
Reliability and conscientiousness
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of English, ideally another foreign language
Willingness to travel extensively in Germany and Europe
